The Journal of Medicinal Chemistry recently ranked Schrödinger’s 2004 publication on the development of the Glide docking methodology as most cited. An additional 2004 publication that describes Glide performance is also among the top 20 most-cited J. Med. Chem. articles.
J. Med. Chem. previously reported that these Glide publications, along with a 2006 paper on Glide XP docking and a 2006 paper on Induced Fit Docking constituted four of their top ten most cited articles within a three-year period.
