Schrödinger is pleased to make available new training videos that introduce researchers to the Virtual Screening Workflow interface and many fundamental operations within Maestro.
The Virtual Screening Workflow (VSW) training video introduces users to the VSW interface, which allows researchers to set up and run automated hierarchical docking experiments in which top-ranked compounds from initial docking experiments are re-docked using increasingly accurate docking and scoring modes. Such automation is especially useful when working with a limited number of processors or extremely large compound libraries. Additionally, the VSW interface allows researchers to perform ensemble-docking experiments, in which compounds are docked against multiple active site configurations of a single target.
For new Maestro users, there are over 20 short, introductory Maestro training videos covering a wide range of common tasks that can be performed within the Maestro interface.
