Desmond seminar
Copenhagen, Denmark
April 10

Dr. István Kolossváry (D.E. Shaw Research, New York, NY, USA) will give a seminar titled "Novel algorithms in Desmond enabling practical microsecond-scale molecular dynamics simulations in the Maestro environment" at the University of Copenhagen on Thursday, April 10. April 27–30

Dr. Woody Sherman, Schrödinger's Director of Applications Science, will host a workshop on "Advances in Structure-based Lead Discovery and Optimization" during the Quo Vadis Structural Biology conference, taking place from May 5–6, in Boston, MA. The workshop agenda includes:

  • Overview of the Schrödinger software suite
  • Scientific advances in docking and scoring; Accounting for receptor flexibility in docking and scoring
  • Scripting and automation with Python and KNIME; Benefits of using PrimeX to refine crystal structures
