Schrödinger is excited to be participating in the 3rd RSC Anglo-Nordic Medicinal Chemistry Symposium taking place on June 13th-16th in Snekkersten, Denmark at the Hotel Comwell Borupgaard. Join us for a workshop by Olivia Lynes, Strategic Deployment Manager II at Schrödinger, titled “Augmenting Medicinal Chemistry with Digital Chemistry”.

Abstract: This workshop will focus on the ability to design, computationally assess and prioritize novel inhibitors using LiveDesign. The workshop will cover:

  • Ligand Designer: a validated docking and design model
  • Predicted physicochemical properties
  • Machine learning models 
  • A tool which searches ChEMBL and vendor databases (with over 1 billion total compounds) at rapid speeds to estimate the novelty of designed compounds
  • A Target Product Profile MPO 
  • Kanban for project management
