Biologics by Design
featuring Schrödinger's Drs. Dan Cannon and Valentina Cantatore
Biologics are one of the most important classes of therapeutics, despite this, application of rational design strategies remains challenging. Recently, in silico technologies have emerged as valuable tools for designing and optimizing biologics. In this webinar, we will show how accurate and reliable computational solutions can be applied during research and development to direct experimental effort, subsequently reducing costs and timelines. Through the Schrödinger design platform, we will demonstrate the value of such techniques towards typical rational design challenges, including protein stability engineering, enzyme design, antibody optimization or protein formulation, and aggregation prediction. In addition to the webinar itself, we will host after the talk a virtual coffee break with different breakout rooms, so that you can discuss your own research challenges and understand how the Schrödinger platform can improve your discovery process.
