Hiding and Showing Atoms in the Workspace
Use the visibility button in the Style Toolbox to hide and show selected atoms in the Workspace.

Hiding and showing the protein
With the protein selected:
- Open the Style Toolbox and click on the Display/Undisplay visibility toggle eyeball
- Clicking this button multiple times alternates between hiding and showing selected atoms

Showing only the binding site
To show only the binding site atoms:
- Click the "..." button in the Quick Select area of the toolbar and choose "Binding Site + Ligand" from the menu
- Open the Style Toolbox and click the Display Selected Atoms Only cropped eyeball icon
