Protein-based drugs are one of the most important classes of therapeutics nowadays. Despite this, the field of rational design of biologics remains challenging. Recently, in silico technologies have emerged as valuable tools in both discovery and development.  

Schrödinger has made a substantial effort to implement a broad range of structure-based solutions to address the needs in this field, ranging from antibody modeling and protein engineering to developability and formulation. More recently our efforts have been directed to advancing technologies such as aggregation prediction though Aggscore and effective visualization through the upcoming new Multiple Sequence Viewer.
