What structure file formats can be used with Maestro?
Maestro has the ability to read and write files in the following formats: Maestro (.mae), PDB (.pdb), Mol2 (.mol2), MDL SD (.mol, .sdf), Jaguar (.in and .out), and MCPRO+ input (.zmat). Compressed Maestro (.maegz, .mae.gz) and MDL SD (.sdfgz, .sdf.gz) formats are also supported. You can read and write a range of other file formats using the Babel format conversion program. Maestro also reads the old Macromodel format (.dat).
